HR module — payroll and recruitment
The HR module now includes a built-in payroll engine supporting gross-to-net calculations for EU (GDPR-compliant) and US jurisdictions. Payslips are generated as PDFs and distributed via the Communication module.
The new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) allows HR teams to manage the full recruitment funnel, from job posting to offer letter, with AI-assisted CV ranking.
Native mobile apps
Silence for iOS and Android is now available. The mobile experience prioritises Communication, Projects and CRM — covering the workflows people need on the go.
